SIGNED - Two point Saddle Staple Binding. Cream colored paper rear cover adn cream colored paper front cover with photograph are all clean and bright. 1/16" closed tear in the upper edge of the rear cover, right next to the head of the spine. Light trace of rubbing along the ridge of the spine and in a few places around the outside edges of the covers - only really noticable on the edges that are around the photograph. Signed by the author on the title page in black pen. Binding is tight. Pages are all clean, white, and crisp. 90 pages. Rare. Seller Inventory # 004087
