Somewhat strange book where the first 66 pages are Ahluwalia's descriptions, history, and experiences in the Himalaya. This is followed by the full text and illustrations from White's 1838 book edited by Emma Roberts, and "unabridged reprint," followed by a new bibliography and list of plates and maps and index to the first 66 pages.
