Add to basketFIRST PRINTING of FIRST EDITION. SIGNED (no inscription) by Dr. Hornbein on the title page. This is the true 1965 first printing of the book. Original grey cloth, gilt lettering spine and front cover, illustrated EPs. This is a folio size book measuring 35cm tall x 26cm, and has 201 pages, 89 glossy color plates. This book is in excellent condition with no writing or marks by previous owners on any pages, no rubbing, clean, solid binding. The original dust jacket is present and in much better than average condition for this book. The dust jacket on the book offered here is clean and bright without any browning or yellowing which seems to be common. There is a 5cm long tear along the top rear spine crease but it barely shows, a 1cm clean tear lower front near spine, no rubbing (rear cover photo is often rubbed), original printed price present on front flap corner, much cleaner and brighter that usual, no chips, no repairs.
