Not price-clipped, original $6.00 price intact on flap. Presentation Copy. Signed and inscribed by Moskowitz on full title page: "To my wife Chris, Who despite all the seeming disclaimers was always on my side. For patience and love, with love, Sam." Stated "First Edition". Original blue cloth with gilt lettering and green pictorial stamping to cover and spine, publisher's green topstain. 353pp includes Index, plus one About the Author page.
