George Low was Deputy Director at NASA, and later Deputy Administrator. The author served in several capacities, most prominently as Director of NASA's Langley Research Center. Book is in About Very Good condition. Front corners lsightly nudged and there's two small spots near bottom of front cover. No dust jacket, as issued. 214 pages.
