First Edition (first printing). This copy inscribed by the author on the title page and dated the year of publication. 8vo. xvi, 272pp. Black boards lettered in gold at the spine. Illustrated with over fifty photographs and reproductions, including a number in colour. Tips of two corners gently bumped. A very good copy in virtually fine non-price-clipped dust wrapper. Heffers flier advertising a signing event by the author laid-in (he presumably inscribed this copy at that event).
