Subject to availability of items and verification by Seller of correct price and condition. Seller may, in his sole discretion, refuse to sell any item to any prospective buyer. Seller shall have the right to determine mode of payment and delivery which is normally by United States Post Office, at the expense of buyer and which requires a street address, not a P.O. Box number. Payment in advance is may be required for first time clients. We accept cash, money order and checks in US funds drawn on a US Bank. Credit card orders (Visa and MasterCard) are processed through Abebooks secure server or through PayPal. Please be aware that personal checks will be held for 10 business days prior to shipping item. Insured return by Postal Mail, UPS, or Express Mail within five days of receipt at Buyer's expense. If returned goods are lost or damaged, Buyer shall have the responsability to file on and collect said Insurance proceeds as his sole remedy. If good and verifiable funds are not received within ten days, Seller may, at his option, declare transaction null and void.
