Good (few small chips to edge of wraps; professional repairs to several small tears to covers, which have been reattached; few small chips upper edge of about four pages due to poor opening of uncut pages). This copy received some tender, loving care from a professional restorer and is not quite as bad as it sounds. Also, a nice association copy. $150.00. Seller Inventory # 25147
