1st 2003. Nearly fine condition in a very good dustwrapper. Limited Edition to 600 copies. Green cloth with gilt title box to front cover. Colour and b/w photos. SIGNED by Illustrator to Limited Edition page. This is marked 'Complimentary' (doesn't have a number). Wrapper is edge-creased with a couple of nicks to top of spine; some edge-wear. Packaged with care and promptly dispatched!
