Signed presentation from the author to the BBC controller who commissioned the play for radio - "to John Morris, in friendship Samuel Beckett Paris 1957." All That Fall, which was written in 1956 and first presented on the BBC Third Programme on January 13, 1957, it was undertaken in response to an invitation from John Morris, the Controller of the Third Programme, to write a All That Fall as "a Play for Radio" for the BBC, and it was Beckett's first play written for radio. Slight nick at base of spine hinge and some slight tanning to spine, very slight edgewear otherwise sound, near very good. Signedes. Seller Inventory # C73104
