Very Good with slight edgewear and minor rubbing; bookplate of Pete Hurd on front free endpaper below author signature. Dust jacket is only Fair with tape repairs and some pieces missing - in mylar protection.but it has the very elusive dust jacket. This rare title was written by the former secretary of Washington state Governor Louis F. Hart (1919-1925) and founder, with Frank Satterlee of the "Olympia News" in 1924, and later, a consulting criminologist. Contents includes the crimes, adventures, mass murderers and manhunts for John Tornow, Billy Gohl, Harry Tracy, Frank Romandorff, Henry Plummer, Boone Heim, Doc Howard, Chris Lowry, Peter Miller and others. This is a rare title - especially in the dust jacket.
