First edition of the author's third novel, very good in a very good dust jacket. Non-authorial gift inscription at top of front endpaper; address written at bottom of front pastedown. Page edges of book are slightly dusty. The jacket spine is sunned, as is usual with this title, and there are a couple of small closed tears at the spine ends. Inscribed by the author (and signed "Love, Lee") to the same person as the gift inscription on the bottom half of the front endpaper, with a smiley face, and dated in Nashville June 3, 1974.
