Mitzi Ayala" on the front endpaper, near fine red cloth hardcover shows some light foxing at page edges, in very good dust jacket (price at flap) that shows staining at bottom edge visible at reverse and rear panel, wrinkle at top corner of rear flap, edgewear including a couple of closed tears and some other light trace wear. 267 pages with index and illustrations. Still a solid copy in jacket of this cookbook that appreciates fresh foods.
