About this Item

This is a 4 record album of 78rpm, Mono, 10" vinyl records performed by Fats Waller. Cover 10.25" x 12". Colored cover in Fine condition with slight edgewear. Inside sleeves and records are like new with the exception of "Honeysuckle Rose" which is missing a piece. Waller inscribed it on the front inside cover: "To My Good/ Friend Bob Allen/ Fats Waller". Bob Allen (1913 - 1989) was a band singer and orchestra leader who had performed Waller's songs and apparently had a friendship with him. Victor Smart Sets were produced from 1938 through 1952.

Shipping is free within Continental United States and will be shipped USPS at the media mail rate unless buyer specically requests Priority or a higher level of shipping is available if customer is willing to pay the difference between media mail rate and the higher rate. More than one book will be "shipped at weight".
