Inscribed on front free endpaper (not on a *feh* bookplate that anyone might add) "For Paul -- Anne Rice". Not dated. Second novel by the author of INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE, not as scarce as the first but still uncommon. Barbara Hambly expanded a great deal on the "free people of color" meme which Rice A very nice copy with a few small (aout 1cm) closed tears on the dustjacket edges, very slight spine bumping, unclipped. Feels shiny. A nice copy for a collector.
