First Canadian Edition of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Extremely scarce signed Association copy

First Canadian edition, first printing of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, signed on the title page in black felt-tip pen. This association copy was signed on 23 October 2007 in one of the green rooms backstage at the Winter Garden Theatre in Toronto for Geoffrey E. Rowling's signature, along with an informative collector's card providing additional details. In his LoA, Adam Houston mentions that this is also the only signed copy of this title he has ever observed. An exceptionally rare and highly collectible signed Harry Potter book.…
