Item description from seller

B&W Photographs; SIGNED EDITION. This is a trade paperback book. The book is in Near Fine condition and was issued without a dust jacket. The book and its contents are in clean, bright condition. There is some very beginning rubbing to the bottom front corner of the book cover. The text pages are clean and bright. This copy has been signed by the author on the title page. "Our Gang (also known as The Little Rascals or Hal Roach's Rascals) was a series of American comedy short films about a group of poor neighborhood children and their adventures. Created by comedy producer Hal Roach, the series was produced from 1922 to 1944 and is noted for showing children behaving in a relatively natural way, as Roach and original director Robert F. McGowan worked to film the unaffected, raw nuances apparent in regular children rather than have them imitate adult acting styles. The series broke new ground by portraying white and black boys and girls interacting as equals. "; Signed by Author.
