First trade hardcover edition, 2008, first printing stated and with number line counting down to 1. Signed in full on the title page by the author with no personalization: "Jim Butcher Balticon 60!". Guaranteed authentic, autographed in my presence at Balticon 60 in May 2026, when Jim Butcher was the Guest of Honor. I've been a book dealer at Balticon for over 20 years, and have had many books signed there during that time. Fine hardcover, quarterbound in gray boards with black cloth and blue foil lettering at the spine. Clean inside and out with no writing or other markings other than the author signature. Binding is solid and square. No remainder mark. Fine dust jacket, unclipped with $23.95 original price on front flap. Number 2 in the Dresden Files series. Scarce, especially so in this condition AND signed.
