[43] pp. Burgundy cloth with embossed dove and flower illustration in red on front panel, lettered in gold. Patterned end pages. Priced ($4.95) dust jacket with Caldecott Medallion on front cover. Has "Winner of the 1969 Caldecott Medal on the front flap." Near Fine copy in Very Good+ jacket with rubbing along the spine. Illustrators clipped signature loosely laid in. Shipped in a well-padded box. While he was away from Manhattan perhaps a decade ago and summering at Lake George we communicated. He signed some books for me. I've clipped the signature from one of his books, not from A Fool. Seller Inventory # 003546
