This soft cover first edition has been signed by Col. Don Alsbo, Project manager. Also included is a CD affixed to the inside of the back cover. It is tight, bri8ght, and clean, free of names and markings. There is a small up-turn at the bottom right corner making near fine. This book should be as new as it came from the Project manager.
