Maroon pebbled cloth, gilt lettering on spine and front cover. Lettering a little dulled, otherwise a near fine copy with sleight wear to cloth along hinges and at spine ends. INSCRIBED by author on flyleaf in blue pen: "Cordial salaams to Fred Rickard from John Booth November 2, 1960 Los Angeles" Rickard was an amateur magician, book collector, and mechanic who worked for various magic manufacturing firms in Greater Los Angeles from time to time from the 1930s to the 1960s. No other markings. Tight, clean copy. No printed dj was issued. 134 pages plus ads.

Shipping terms
SHIPPING CHARGES: Please note that about 13.5% of the shipping and handling charge is retained by AbeBooks as a fee levied against the bookseller and not passed along for purchasing postage and packaging supplies. That is much of the reason why the shipping charge is significantly higher than actual postage costs. This is especially true for international shipping where international postal costs are high to begin with.
