Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Inscribed by the author as follows: Compliments of the Author Thos. F. Berry M.D. Born August 12, 1832." Then it is dated "May 19, 1917." The author died Dec. 23, 1917, a few months after the inscription. The book has the red cloth binding, with gold gilt title. The spine is faded and has four light spots, cause unknown. Pages 345 through 352 were never cut properly, and the pages stick out on the botom right. They could easily be cut, but I've left them alone. Berry is buried in Oklahoma City. I acquired this book at a charity sale in Austin. Inscribed by Author(s). Seller Inventory # 062413
