One of 99 numbered editions signed by the author and the artist on the "Friends" side. Number 11 of 99. Includes the promotional literature. There is an publishers prospectus loosely laid in which tells about the excerpts from his books that are included in this publication. The book was inscribed to me when I hosted him in Austin, where he spent his early years of life. H wrote a short inscription about coming back to Austin and signed it.
