Contains 406 printed pages of text with many detailed monochrome illustrations throughout. Presentation Copy stamp to the title page, rubbing of the cloth down the rear hinge exposing the webbing to the top 45 mm, rubbing to the corners, very light foxing to the end papers, an essential classic extremely hard to find.
