First printing. Flat-signed by author with NO inscription. Black full-cloth with silver & blue foil-stamped cover and spine and blue-grey topstain. Excellent condition - so solid it appears unread. Includes numerous illustrations and photos. NO markings of any kind - NO rem mark or ex-lib. DJ is complete but has moderate bumping, two creases to front flap and one closed tear. Price intact: ($7.95).
