A reason for it has the leader of a declining culture explaining their loss of glory. A Love Child relates the story of an ex-soldier haunted by a conviction he left a love child behind during the Second World War. A beautiful series of novellas from this great writer, winner of the Nobel Prize. She has signed this copy on the title, free of any inscriptions.
