Banks' inscription reads "To Paul, With best wishes and gratitude for his friendship, which goes back many years. Jimmy Banks." Text and photographs clean and bright - no previous owner markings of any kind. Very minor wear to edges of covers. Top page edge has minor soiling. Dust jacket is bright with minor wear along the edges, most noticeable at edges of spine panel and corners. Dust jacket now protected in Mylar.
