24pp. VG/G+. Hardcover first edition. Printed at The Keepsake Press in a limited edition of 200 copies. 30 of these are bound by John Brindley and are SIGNED and numbered by the author. This is copy #18. Green plain cloth covered boards. Slight crease to cloth at top and tail of spine. Cloth crease also to top corner of rear cover. Small crease to top corner of inside pages. Tiny knock to lower edge of front board. Light toning to page edges and also to ffep and rfep. Four linocut full page illustrations in green on white by Anthea Lawrence, including frontis. Unclipped dust jacket has become brown with age. Green lettering and green illustration on front cover. Dirt spot on front cover. Wear to top and tail of spine with tiny chip to top of spine. Shelf wear to lower edge of dust jacket. Vertical crease to spine of dj. All now protected in archival wraps. Seller Inventory # 010180

The Bookshop at Beech Cottage trades exclusively via the internet. I acquire most of my stock through a network of suppliers based in southern England. My particular interests are illustrated Private Press and modern Poetry. I also have a collection of Prospectuses and similar ephemera. I am careful to select only the better quality items for the Bookshop that are within my speciality and pass on those that are outside my remit. I am a former librarian and read for pleasure - as many booksellers do! I take great care of my books while they are staying at Beech Cottage and would only ask my customers that they do likewise.
