Inscribed to the Harper & Row literary editor JOHN SPALDING with a warm inscription in 1997. Laid in is an invitation to the movie premier of GOING ALL THE WAY, a feature film starring Ben Affleck, Rachel Weisz and Rose McGowan, for which Wakefiled wrote the screenplay.
