Dust jacket is heavily damp stained. Book condition is good minus. Book has a large damp stain with color bleed to the front endpapers. There is damp staining to a lesser extent to the upper margins of the front and rear blanks and the half-title page. Outer covers have some areas of slight color bleed. ; Included is a two page, handwritten letter from the author to "John", on the letterhead of Yelping Hill, West Cornwall, Conn. Signed with first name only. (Some marginal damp staining, first/top page somewhat darkened. ) Inscribed on the front free endpaper by the author to Anna & John, signed with first name only.
