Growing In His Light

In this book, Growing In His Light, June Temple reminisces about the first seventeen years of her life. Along the way she reveals the loving atmosphere which later prompted her to become the "bush teacher in BC."

Dr. June M. Temple accepted the Lord as a teenager. She wrote about this experience in Growing In His Light, an autobiography about her childhood. The succeeding books Through Pastures and Valleys, Bush Teacher in BC and Bush Teacher in BC II contain experiences from June's college days through retirement years. She has a daily devotional titled What's Missing. Dr. Temple's degrees are in Art, Education, Missions and Music. In 1995, she received the American Writer of the Year Award. Presently, Dr. Temple does representation for InterAct Ministries, teaches at the Center for World Missions, Canada, and continues to write magazine articles and books. She teaches a writing seminar and also accepts some speaking engagements.
