First edition signed by the author and illustrator on flyleaf with a very clever original drawing by Eric of a bird signing their names by dipping its beak in a bottle of ink. Above signatures and drawings is "Very best wishes To Fred Kellogg our friend) Westport Conn. Dec/68." Comical and cartoonish. Filled with laughable bird comics. Very small private library stamp on flyleaf. 4to. 10 1/4" x 7 1/4". Yellow cloth stamped in black. no jacket. Fine condition.
