Owner's personal history as he probably worked with Root on the job. Inscribed by the author twice, once inside front cover with date and address second time on top of his photograph with his address and date as well. 2 small news clippings pasted inside cover with obituary of author dated 1928. Special piece of San Francisco history written by a man who was actually there. 134 pages.
