Add to basketFrazier Forman Peters was an American builder and architect specializing in stone houses. Enclosed in this book is a three page handwritten letter on his stationery about a house he designed with a young couple, and some critical remarks about Franklin Roosevelt. Fastened to title page is the card of "Hale Anderson, Jr." to whom letter is addressed. 163 pp with extensive plates and illustrations. Black cloth, gold lettered, slight small smudge on front cover, else a clean tight copy. Also known for his stone houses in Westport, CT. This is the original and scarce edition published by the author. G. P. Putnam's published a later edition in 1936.
