First Edition. Signed by Author. Signed and Inscribed by Quentin Bell on the half-title page. " Quentin Bell for Alan" 8vo. 135 pp. Size: 8vo - over 5¾" x 8¾" tall ON HUMAN FINERY with the iconic Victorian engraving on the front of the dust jacket and original pale blue cloth with gilt titles on the spine. The rare unclipped dustjacket has a few minor short split to the head and the foot of the spine - upper left corner of the dustjacket with a spot on the spine. The cloth boards have toning and light wear and previous owner on the inside cover.
