This is a limited edition publication, 1/200, and is the presentation edition of this title. The author has inscribed this volume in ink on the limitation page. The book is illustrated by Joseph E. Sanford, there are several full page illustration, three including the frontispiece, and four page header illustrations. There is wear to the boards, discoloration along the top and bottom of the front and rear boards, as well as, along the edges, especially to the back board. There are also some small holes in the gutters, one hole continues through page seven of the text but does not affect the text. There is also some light foxing to some of the pages.
