In this work, McMullen also details the medical qualities of wine, the art of drinking wine, the bottling of wine, mixing wines, wine proverbs, and more. In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, generally, smart, with some marks and rubbing to the cloth, with a damp stain to the front board. Minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities, resulting in a little loss of cloth. Author's inscription to the recto of the front endpaper. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are bright, with a tidemark to the tail of the textblock, heavier to the first and last few pages, and the occasional scattered spot. Good.
