First UK Edition, First Print. Pp. 35. Original blue cloth, title in black to front board. Internally clean pages, small mark of clip to top of first 2 pages. Signed by the author Waldo S. Lanchester to the title page. Contemporary newspaper clippings and a flyer for "The Lanchester Marionette Theatre" laid in loosely. Featuring George Bernard Shaw who was keenly interested in Marionettes all his life and wrote a short drama called "Shakes versus Shaw" for the company. Hand drawn sketch of a "Lanchester Control" on page also laid in. Seller Inventory # 016676
