Prepared for advance subscribers of which this is copy number 1113. Hardcover. 8 ½ x 11". 494 pp. Fair. No dust jacket. Soiling and creases to the boards with fraying to the extremities and tape repairs to the head of the spine. Vertical crease and tear to the front pastedown. Creases and tears to the tips and edges of some of the inside pages. The text appears unmarked. The binding is shaken and split in areas. Sold as is.
