Add to basket8vo. Gray cloth covered boards with black lettering to front cover and spine. 173 pages. Some age toning to page edges. Offsetting to endpapers, light foxing to text block edges. Book clean and tight otherwise. Signed on front free endpaper, 'Sincerely/ MB Tolson'. Rubber stamp on front pastedown reads: 'Please Return to/Bellmon Library?Biullings OK 74360'. Laid in is a typed & signed letter from William H. Hale, President of Langston University in Oklahoma dated April 20, 1965 to then Governor of Oklahoma Henry Bellmon, offering the book as a gift. The letter edges are age-toned and chipped, but essentially intact. The jacket has light edgewear with a short tear to the top front edge, and the spine is sun faded. Jacket in protective cover.
