EXCEPTIONALLY RARE SIGNED FIRST EDITION OF AUTHOR'S FIRST BOOK, in limp blue suede paper, oblong 12m, signed on title page, 164pp. Southern Writers: A New Biographical Dictionary pp. 349. Very Good with sun-faded cover that has some spotting. Archibald Rutledge (1883-1973) was the Poet Laureate of South Carolina. His books are highly collectible with this being the most sought after as it was his first book. Exceptionally rare.
