Herblock's second book of his editorial cartoons, covering 1953 to 1955, amply annotated as always. Herblock is the archetypical crusading liberal journalist (if a cartoonist can be a journalist). Highly respected and a winner of four (4) Pulitzer prizes, Block was nationally sydicated and published 14 books of cartoons. This is a good to very good signed 2nd printing of an excellent book for a collector. Good to very good condition, binding is tight and square, boards are flat & parallel, corners are not bumped. Dj is good has tears and creases at top and bottom of spine and boards.
