This is about the author's year long 5,000 mile expedition through the Andes mountains including Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and Peru, mostly alone on horseback (with 3 horses) except for a period he hired out his 2 spare horses to a couple of fellow English people he met on the way to help his finances.
