Add to basketFirst Edition, 1901, Publisher: H. Virtue and Co. Inscription and dated 1901 by author Reverend Hugh MacMillan on half-title. Illustrated by A. Scott Rankin. Condition: Good, text block is unmarked, fore-edges of some plates and pages are rough cut and uneven (not torn), top edge is gilt, and discolouration on end papers. A few of the plates have light markings. Green cloth boards are solid with some rubbing, creasing and shelf wear, bright gilt titles and illustrations. Frontispiece tissue guard is creased and has 1 inch tear on bottom left Although not a fishing book, the local and natural history of the River Tay provides the reader with an appreciation of the area.
