Number 117 of an edition limited to two hundred numbered and signed copies. The spine has a paper label with the title and the author's name. This is a well done story of The Pony Express who delivered the mail from East to West. Some of the riders who were or became well known were Buffalo Bill Cody, Robert "Pony Bod" Hasan, Wild Bill Hickok and others. There is a chapter on Joseph Slade and Wild Bill Hickok. This is a beautiful copy. It is virtually as new. Many of the pages were not separated. The new owner will need be careful when separating the pages. It must be done with a very sharp knife or perhaps the new owner will do as i did, treasure this as is - a collectors item.
