Smith to fellow author Daniel Hoffman above his memoir entitled "My Friend Tom: The Poet-Playwright Tennessee Williams", and Smith's penned notation on page 187. Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Our $10 rate is for UPS or Priority Mail. Our $5.50 rate is media mail which can take a week or two, or a month or two (rarely, but has happened).
