An excellent local history of the upscale Los Angeles neighborhoods of Pacific Palisades with numerous photographs, a pronunciation guide, and maps. The book is signed by one of the writers, Randy Young, on the title page without inscription. It is in spotless, like-new condition. The dust jacket is not price-clipped and is clean with no creases, holes, chips or tears. It does have light wear to top and bottom edges. (Note: Photos may show a flash reflection.)
