Add to basket"First Baronet edition April 1979" on the copyright page, and boldly flat signed (no inscription) by Orson Scott Card on its half-title page in November 2003. This book is unread, in near fine condition, marred only by a short shallow crease in the top corner of the front cover. Binding is tight and square, with no reading crease in the spine. Covers are unfaded, unmarked and otherwise unworn. Pages are unmarked and unworn. Not a remainder. As with all Space Age Book purchases, I will ship this book in a moisture proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box to assure it reaches its proud new owner in the same condition as my description.

A respected playwright, Card has seen a dozen of his plays produced in regional theater. He has also taught writing courses at several universities and workshops, including, most recently, a novel-writing course at Pepperdine.
Card currently lives in Greensboro, North Carolina, with his wife and five children.
