First edition. Octavo. Wrappers with integral dust jacket, a few topedges unopened, and an errata slip tipped in at the rear. Bumping to the yapped edges as typically found, spine faintly sunned with two tiny splits at the spine ends, bright and very good or better. Published in an edition of 215 copies Signed and numbered by Nuttall on a "Complaint Form" tipped-in at the rear, this copy is Signed but unnumbered. Additionally Inscribed by Nuttall on the first page: "Written 69-70. For Martin / Jeff.".
