Rare graphite artistâ s sketch of Academy Award-winning actress Ingrid Bergman as Joan of Arc. Signed by Ingrid Bergman. Additionally signed by the artist, P.B. Socci. Active in the mid 1970s, American artist Pat B. Socci gained a reputation for seeking out Hollywood icons to sign his sketched portraits. The drawing measures 8.75 inches by 11.5 inches. Swedish actress Ingrid Bergman starred in a variety of European and American films including Casablanca (1942), Notorious (1946), and Joan of Arc (1948). In 1999, the American Film Institute ranked Bergman as the fourth-greatest female screen legend of classic American cinema, following Katharine Hepburn, Bette Davis, and Audrey Hepburn.
